Record Evaluation

Submission and review of previous academic records, report cards, and good moral certificates.

Admission evaluations in English and Mathematics assessing written and oral communication skills.

An interview with student applicants and their parents or legal guardians to align on school values.

Toddler & Nursery: Ages 2.5 to 3.5 years old

Kinder 1 & Kinder 2: Ages 4 to 5 years old

Elementary (Grades 1 to 6): Ages 6 and above

Junior High School (Grades 7 to 10): Developing critical thinking, character, and 21st-century STEM competencies.

Placement is based on DepEd age alignment and evaluation results.

PSA-issued Birth Certificate (Original & Photocopy)
Official Report Card / Form 138 (SF9) from the previous school year
Certificate of Good Moral Character
Baby Book (Preschool), Medical Certificate indicating allergies and current health status (Elementary and JHS)
DepEd Learner Reference Number (LRN) if previously enrolled in the Philippines
